The LMU-2720 incorporates GSM / GPRS, CDMA 1xRTT or HSPA wireless communication along with extra sensitive GPS technology in an affordable package. High GPS sensitivity and antenna options, either internal or external, allow the device to be mounted virtually anywhere easily, at low cost installations. A built-in 1000mAh backup battery allows for short-term tracking or for use in the last moments when disconnected from the main power supply. The LMU-2720 also features a 3-axis accelerometer to detect and act upon sudden braking, aggressive acceleration, and vehicle impacts.
