The LMU-1200 is an ideal solution for basic fleet, car insurance, stolen vehicle, vehicle financing, car rental, and other vehicle tracking applications where internal backup battery is required. The high-value LMU-1200 tracking unit from CalAmp features a small size, superior GPS performance, a 1000 mAh internal backup battery, 3-axis accelerometer for motion and tilt sensing, ultra-low sleep modes, and four inputs/outputs (I/O). The LMU-1200 is a complete vehicle tracking and communications device incorporating next-generation, high-sensitivity GPS technology on GSM/GPRS/HSPA/CDMA 1xRTT cellular networks for installation in any 12 or 24-volt mobile vehicle. Internal antennas and quality for cellular and GPS eliminate the need for wireless antennas and allow the LMU-1200 to be mounted virtually anywhere in the vehicle for easy, low-cost installations.
