The TRK7 location device combines satellite location technologies and communication via terrestrial networks, by incorporating a satellite signal receiver for the GPS and GLONASS constellation, as well as a transceiver for 3G mobile telephone networks.
The TRK7 provides vehicle positioning, speed and direction data, in addition to the general status of the equipment. The TRK7 can store a catalog of up to 3,000 geofences, which it constantly uses to analyze its location with respect to each registered area.
